摘要：护理学作为一门实践性和操作性极强的学科，有着自己独特的教育方式，并且很大程度上体现在了护理教学的过程中。然而在实际教学过程中，临床护理存在着教学管理体制不够完善、师资力量薄弱等教学问题，本文笔者就目前护理教学中存在的显著问题，并对临床护理的教学模式进行讨论，从而加强临床护理教学的管理，促进学生的全面发展。

    Abstract：As a practical very strong discipline practice nursing, have their own unique way of education, and to a great extent, reflected in the process of nursing teaching. However, in the actual teaching process, clinical nursing exists teaching management system is not perfect, the teachers strength is weak, the problems in teaching, the author on the significant problems in nursing teaching, and on the clinical nursing teaching mode were discussed, so as to strengthen the management of clinical nursing teaching, and promote all-round development of students.
