摘要：目的 探讨提高手术治疗胆脂瘤中耳炎疗效的方法。方法 对采用乳突根治术有乳突75例上鼓室、鼓窦胆脂瘤中耳炎患者的临床资料进行分析。结果痊愈67例，好转8例。结论 乳突改良根治术治疗胆脂瘤中耳炎能使术腔得以充分地通气引流。达到根治、干耳作用，从而提高治愈率。

ConclusionMilk dashes forward curing a skill once and for all curing gallbladder adipoma tympanitis being able to make the skill cavity so that can be in touch sufficiently drainage. The effect, improves the cure rate the reach fundamental settlement, dry ear thereby.
