氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病疗效观察

摘要：目的探讨氨氯地平用于高血压合并冠心病治疗的临床效果。方法将2013年1月~12月我院收治的90例高血压合并冠心病患者随机分为A、B两组，A组给吲达帕胺进行治疗，B组给予氨氯地平给予治疗。对比观察两组血压、心电图及心绞痛出现的情况。结果B组血压显著低于A组(P<0.05)，B组心电图结果及心绞痛情况亦显著优于A组。结论氨氯地平治疗高血压合并冠心病具有显著疗效，值得临床推广和应用。

Abstract：Objective The present study was to evaluate the efficacy of amlodipine in treatment of hypertension associated with coronary heart disease.Methods Ninety patients treated in our hospital from January 2013 to March 2013 were randomly divided into two groups of 45 cases each.A groups were treated with indapamide tablets and B groups were treated with amlodipine.After the treatment for two months,the blood pressure, electrocardiogram and angina were observed in A and B groups ......
