摘要：目的探讨经尺动脉径路行冠状动脉介入治疗的可行性及安全性。方法入选经尺动脉径路行冠脉介入者15例(尺动脉组)，及同期经桡动脉径路手术者15例(桡动脉组)，两组均符合冠脉造影适应征，尺动脉穿刺方法、导管选择和操作手法基本同经桡动脉法，比较两组穿刺时间、冠脉造影时间、穿刺成功率及并发症发生率。结果两组冠脉造影时间、穿刺成功率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，尺动脉组1例患者穿刺部位出现瘀斑，与桡动脉组比较，并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论经尺动脉行冠脉介入术安全可行，并发症少，值得在临床实践中进一步推广应用。
