摘要：为研究医院党支部设置模式问题，采用问卷调查和典型人物访谈方法对影响医院党支部设置的诸多因素，不同类型党支部设置模式的利与弊，专、兼职党支部书记设置模式的利与弊进行分析。在影响医院党支部设置的众多因素中，得出学科、专业相关性居于首位，其次是支部党员人数的结论。在党支部设置模式上，认为不同类型党支部的设置模式各有利弊。在专、兼职党支部书记的设置上, 得出本支部内的行政干部兼任党支部书记对开展党支部工作更为有力的结论。
