米索前列醇预防剖宫产产后出血的疗效观察

摘要：目的探讨应用米索前列醇预防剖宫产产后出血的疗效观察。方法回顾性分析2012年7月~2013年7月我院待产分娩的孕妇200例，其中100例产妇在胎儿免除后采用注射催产素(催产素组)，另100例产妇给予米索前列醇片舌下含化(米索前列醇组)，对比两组产妇产后出血情况。结果催产素组产妇在产后2h内出血量(194.7±47.1)ml，产后24h出血量(320.5±46.4)ml；米索前列醇组产妇产后2h内出血量(128.5±43.8)ml，产后24h出血量(190.4±38.1)ml，差异显著(P<0.05)，有统计学意义。结论为了更好的减少产妇在分娩以及产后的出血量，可以及时的给予米索前列醇片能够有效的减少出血量，避免了产妇术后大出血情况发生，值得临床推广应用。

Analysis of Curative Effect of Postpartum Hemorrhage of Cesarean Section to Prevent Misoprostol

Abstract：Objective To explore the application of misoprostol to prevent postpartum observation of curative effect of postpartum hemorrhage. MethodsA retrospective analysis of 2012 July to 2013 July in our hospital 200 cases of pregnant women for childbirth, including 100 cases of maternal fetal exemption in the injection of oxytocin (pitocin group), the other 100 cases were given Misoprostol Tablets (sublingual misoprostol group), compared with two groups of postpartum hemorrhage. ResultsThe oxytocin group maternal bleeding within two hours postpartum (194.7 ± 47.1) ml, 24h post partum bleeding (320.5 ± 46.4) ml; the amount of postpartum bleeding misoprostol group within two hours (128.5 ± 43.8) ml, 24h post partum bleeding (190.4 ± 38.1) ml, significant difference (P< 0.05), there was statistical significance. ConclusionIn order to reduce the amount of bleeding parturient in childbirth and postpartum, can give timely Misoprostol Tablets can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding, the bleeding occurred after cesarean, worthy of clinical application.
