     摘要：目的分析我院2012年3月~8月82例药品不良反应(ADR)发生的特点和规律，进而指导我院规范合理用药。方法采用回顾性研究方法，对我院82例不良反应(ADR)统计分析。结果82例ADR报告中，男女所占的比例接近；56~65岁以上老人居多；静脉滴注59例，占总例数的72.00%；抗感染药物中头孢菌数类居首位(39例)，占总例数47.56%。结论加强我院药物不良反应的监测，重视抗菌药物的使用，配合临床安全用药，保证患者用药的合理性。
