妊娠期阴道炎的临床治疗

摘要：目的 探究妊娠期阴道炎患者应该采用的治疗药物级效果。方法 选取2012年9月~2013年7月收治的61例妊娠期阴道炎患者进行治疗，随机分组，实验组36例患者采用硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊的治疗，对照组25例患者给予保妇康栓的使用，治疗后对患者的疗效进行评价。结果 实验组患者治疗总有效率为97.2%，对照组患者治疗总有效率为80.0%，差异显著，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 妊娠期阴道炎患者给予硝呋太尔制霉素的阴道软胶囊进行治疗，疗效显著，不易复发，不良反应少，值得推荐。
