摘要：目的分析我科诊治的急诊患者意外伤类型，制定相应防护措施减少意外伤的发生。方法通过对66578例急诊患者的分析，找出该患者群的好发人群及好发时段。结果急诊意外伤类型不同，好发时段及好发人群均不一样。结论争对季节及好发人群进行相应卫生宣教，能减少急诊意外伤的发生。

Abstract：ObjectiveAnalysis the types of accidental injury about the emergencypatients which is treated by our department ,formulate the corresponding protective measures to reduce the occurrence of accidental injury.
