某综合医院心电监护技能竞赛考核现状分析

摘要：目的探讨分析某综合医院心电监护技能竞赛中的现状。方法根据人民卫生出版社出版的"十二五"国家规划教材医院基本护理技术操作系列教学片为标准，现场考评某综合医院41名护理人员心电监护技能竞赛。结果护理人员在竞赛过程中存在共性的细节缺陷。结论加强护理人员的规范化培训，统一培训教材和方法，积极发挥护理人员的主动能动性是提高护理技能操作的有效措施。

Abstract：ObjectiveAnalysis of the status of a comprehensive hospital ECG monitoring skills competition.MethodsAccording to the people's Medical Publishing House of the "Twelfth Five-Year" national planning materials hospital basic nursing technical operation series teaching standard，In a general hospital in the site evaluation of 41 nurses ECG monitoring skills competition.Results Nursing personnel details defect common in the process of the competition.Conclusion Strengthening the standardized training of nursing staff, Unified training materials and methods, Exert the subjective initiative of nursing staff are the effective measures to improve the nursing skills operation.
