摘要：目的探讨老年精神障碍患者的临床特点制定相应的护理措。方法采用症状自评量表对2012年1月~2013年8月在我院住院的30例老年精神障碍患者进行测评。结果实行针对性的护理措施后患者的服药依从性好，疗效显著。结论根据患者的临床特点制定不同的护理措施对疾病的治疗及康复至关重要。
