摘要：本文78例拒食患者，受妄想支配而拒食6例(8%)，兴奋躁动患者24例(31%)，严重消极患者3例(4%)，药物副反应18例(23%)，恢复期的患者12例(15%)，其它原因拒食15例(19%)，精神患者拒食不单纯是病情症状所致，更重要的是心理因素所致，拒食的因素多种多样。掌握病情，掌握患者的心理活动，找出原因，分析患者拒食的心理，经过心理分析，采取不同的护理方法，收到明显的效果。

    Analysis of 78 Cases of Female Patients with Psychological Antifeedant

    Abstract：In this paper, 78 cases of antifeedant patient, by paranoid domination and Antifeedant in 6 cases (8%), agitation of 24 patients (31%), 3 cases of severe negative patients (4%), 18 cases of adverse drug reaction (23%), the recovery period in 12 patients (15%), 15 cases of other reasons antifeedant (19%) mental disease, antifeedant is not only caused by disease, more important is the psychological factors, eating a variety of factors. Master the disease, knowledge of the patient's psychological activity, find out the reasons, analysis of patient antifeedant psychology, through the psychological analysis, adopt different nursing methods, receive significant results. ......
