前列腺与精囊结核患者药物结合心理治疗的临床疗效观察

摘要：目的探讨药物结合心理治疗对前列腺与精囊结核患者的疗效。方法将2008年3月~2013年3月经治的患者随机分为对照组和心理治疗组，其中对照组给予正规药物治疗，心理治疗组在正规药物治疗的基础上，再给与心理治疗。结果心理治疗组与对照组比较，患者更能积极乐观接受治疗，治疗效果明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义，P<0.05。结论前列腺与精囊结核患者积极地心理治疗，对患者的疗效和预后具有重要的意义。
