摘要：目的探讨护理干预对减少氩离子凝固术治疗食管上段胃粘膜异位术后不良反应的影响。方法将167例行氩离子凝固术治疗食管上段胃粘膜异位的患者随机分为实验组和对照组，实验组在术前、术中、术后给予护理干预，对照组采取常规护理。结果实验组术后不良反应明显低于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护理干预对减少氩离子凝固术治疗食管上段胃粘膜异位的术后不良反应具有积极的、有效的作用。
