摘要：目的探讨分隔膜密闭式无针接头在留置腹腔引流管中的应用与价值。方法随机选取90例应用分隔膜密闭式无针接头连接腹腔引流管的腹腔积液患者进行临床观察。结果90例患者无1例出现导管脱落、导管堵塞、导管相关性腹腔感染及腹水渗漏的情况。结论分隔膜密闭式无针接头应用于留置腹腔引流管中的效果良好，其导管脱落、导管堵塞、导管相关性腹腔感染及腹水渗漏的情况少，值得在腹腔引流治疗中推广应用。

Abstract：ObjectiveDiscussion of the diaphragm closed needleless connector applications and value indwelling peritoneal drainage tube .MethodsPeritoneal effusion were randomly selected 90 cases of application of the diaphragm closed needleless connector peritoneal drainage tube connecting clinical observation. Results90 patients without catheter off, catheter blockage , catheter-related infections and abdominal ascites leak case 1 case.ConclusionNo needle points closed diaphragm joint applied to good effect in the abdominal cavity drainage tube, the catheter shedding, catheter jam, catheter-related abdominal cavity infection and leakage of ascites is less, is worthy of popularization and application in the abdominal cavity drainage treatment ......
