摘要：在目前的医疗形势下，能否早日培养出良好的临床思维是临床七年制实习生踏入临床阶段的首要目标，同时也是再次巩固专业基础知识并将其融汇到实践中的关键桥梁。这将影响七年制实习生毕业后其医疗水平的好坏，不容忽视。本文通过对临床思维的重要性以及方式方法的讨论，以期待七年制实习生能好好把握这一临床实习阶段。

    Improvement of the Clinical Thinking for 7-Year Clinic-Medical Students

    Abstract：In the current medical situation，it is the first aim for 7-year clinic medical students to develop a logical clinical thinking when they in clinical stage, it is also a key bridge connects faction of basic theories with practice. This will affect the quality of the medical level of seven year internship after graduation, and can not be ignored. This paper discusses the importance and methods of clinical thinking and look forward to seven year internship can take advantage of the clinical practice
