乳腺癌改良根治术保留肋间臂神经和胸前神经的临床应用价值

摘要：目的探究乳腺癌改良更指数保留肋间臂神经及胸前神经的临床应用价值。方法选取2010年1月~2014年1月我院收治的I、II、IIIa期乳腺癌患者144例为研究对象，按照术中方式的不同分为试验组与对照组，试验组76例，保留肋间臂神经和胸前神经；对照组68例，切除肋间臂神经和胸前神经。结果试验组患侧上肢感觉异常发生率为39.5%；对照组为55.9%，两组相比有显著性差异(P<0.01)。术后胸大肌重度萎缩试验组39例，对照组53例，两组相比均者差异性。结论在I、II、IIIa期乳腺癌改良根治术中施行保留肋间臂神经和胸前神经能有效降低患者术后上肢感觉障碍的发生，减小手术对患者造成的影响，值得临床推广使用。
