端粒酶催化亚基(hTERT)在膀胱内翻性乳头状瘤中表达意义的研究(1)

     摘要：目的探讨端粒酶催化亚基在膀胱内翻性乳头状瘤组织中的表达及意义。方法用RT-PCR 法分别对38例膀胱内翻性乳头状瘤组织、53例膀胱低级别移行细胞癌组织、32例正常膀胱粘膜组织进行hTERT检测。结果膀胱内翻性乳头状瘤组织hTERT表达阳性23例(60.5%)，膀胱低级别移行细胞癌组织100%阳性表达；32例正常膀胱粘膜组织均无阳性表达。三者比较在统计学上具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论hTERT 在膀胱内翻性乳头状瘤中的高阳性表达可能与其向膀胱癌的恶性转化有关。
