胰岛素强化与常规降糖药物治疗早期糖尿病的临床疗效对比观察

摘要：目的探究胰岛素强化治疗早期糖尿病的临床效果，为今后的治疗提供参考依据。方法选取我院收治的120例早期糖尿病患者为研究对象，按照治疗方式的不同分为对照组与观察组，对照组给予口服降糖药治疗，观察组给予胰岛素强化治疗，观察两组患者的临床效果。结果两组患者空腹及餐后2h血糖控制情况、血糖控制目标时间比较P<0.05，差异具有统计学意义。结论采用胰岛素强化治疗早期糖尿病效果显著，安全可靠，值得临床推广使用。
