摘要：目的探究重症支气管患者采用的护理措施和护理效果。方法选取2012年2月~2013年10月收治的74例重症支气管哮喘患者进行护理，随机分组，实验组40例患者采用综合护理，对照组34例患者给予常规护理，对患者病情恢复的情况进行观察。结果实验组患者护理的总有效率为92.5%，对照组患者护理的总有效率为76.5%，差异显著，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重症支气管哮喘患者给予综合护理后，能够减轻病痛，提高治疗效果和生活质量。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of nursing interventions and care of patients with severe bronchial.
