摘要：国内外众多研究表明，咯血是肺结核的常见并发症，大咯血若处理不当常造成患者死亡，因此对肺结核咯血患者的护理越来越受到医护人员的重视。本文从咯血的诱因、先兆表现、护理等方面综述了肺结核咯血护理的进展，并强调心理护理，要求加大对肺结核咯血患者的病情观察力度，严防大咯血窒息的发生，使肺结核咯血的护理走向正规化、程序化、人性化。

    The Nursing Care on the TB Patients with Hemoptysis of Pulmonary Tuberculosis

    Abstract：Many researches show that hemoptysis is a common complication of pulmonary tuberculosis at home and abroad. If the processing of massive hemoptysis is undeserved, then it can cause patient to die. So the nursing care on the patients with hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis gets more and more medical personnel's attention. This article summarizes the progress on the nursing of the patients with hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis from the hemoptysis' triggers, precursor, and nursing care etc. Emphasizing psychological nursing care and increasing the observation's degree of the patients' condition prevents the massive hemoptysis happening. Finally we should make the nursing care on the patients with hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis become standard, formalized and personal. ......
