摘要：目的对儿科院内感染的护理进行分析，以期为预防儿科院内感染提供依据。方法将2012年10月~2013年10月在我院治疗的2936例患儿作为实验组，根据儿科医院制定的护理方法和防治措施进行适当护理，并将其与2011年10月~2012年10月我院儿科收治的2936例患儿进行对照。结果经过院内护理处理后，儿科医院内感染率病例97例，感染率为3.303%，较去年有一定的下降趋势。结论在院内对患儿进行精心护理，严格采用无菌操作技术，按照医院制定的护理方法和计划，对儿科院内感染患儿有显著的效果，应在临床中推广应用。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo the care of Pediatric Nosocomial infections were analyzed, in order to provide basis for the prevention of Pediatric Nosocomial infection. Methods The 2012 October ~2013 year in October 2936 cases were treated in our hospital as the experimental group, appropriate nursing care according to the nursing method and prevention measures of pediatric hospital, and 2936 cases were with the 2011 October ~2012 year in October my courtyard department of pediatrics were compared.
