摘要：目的探讨125I粒子植入治疗肺癌的临床护理体会。方法2011年1月~2013年6月对42例中晚期肺癌患者在CT导向下进行125I粒子植入术治疗肺癌的护理措施进行分析。结果42例患者均顺利通过治疗，未发现粒子脱落或游走等并发症。成功率为100%。结论患者症状得到缓解，生活质量提高，生存期明显延长。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo investigate the nursing experience of 125I seed implantation in the treatment of lung cancer. MethodsFrom 2011 January to 2013 June period in 42 cases of advanced lung cancer and nursing measures of 125I implantation in treating lung cancer under the guidance of the CT analysis. Results42 patients were successfully treated by radiation pneumonia, pleural hemorrhage, symptoms do not appear in the treatment period, no complications such as particle shedding or walk. The success rate was 100%. ConclusionThe patients were alleviated, and improve the quality of life, survival period was prolonged.
