摘要：目的 探讨细节管理在静脉输液中的作用。方法 建立患者评估表，增强防范意识，成立静脉输液小组，设立静脉输液巡视员等，确保患者输液过程中的安全。结果 有效避免了静脉输液不良事件的发生，提高了护理人员的操作技能。结论 做好细节管理工作，能够减少静脉输液不良事件的发生，提高护理人员相关操作技能和护理素质，保障科室静脉输液患者的安全。

    Abstract：Objective To explore the details of management in venous transfusion effect. MethodsTo establish the patient assessment scale, strengthen the prevention consciousness, the establishment of intravenous infusion group, the establishment of intravenous infusion of inspector, to ensure the safety in the process of transfusion. ResultsCan effectively avoid the venous transfusion adverse events, improve the nursing skills of personnel. ConclusionThe details of management, can reduce the venous transfusion adverse events, improve nursing staff skills and nursing quality, security department during the venous transfusion safety.
