摘要：目的探讨如意金黄散不同调配方法应用于闭合性骨折患者急性期肿胀的效果。方法2013年9月~2014年1月选取在钟祥市人民医院骨二科治疗的40例闭合性骨折患者为研究对象，按入院顺序分组，每组10例，使用4种不同溶剂调配的如意金黄散外敷。结果治疗结束后观察四组患者效果比较。结论4种调配方法均有利于闭合性骨折早期消肿止痛，以蜂蜜调配的如意金黄散性能稳定，方便实用，患者舒适易于接受，最值得临床推广。
