摘要：目的 分析腹腔镜下手术治疗良性卵巢肿瘤的临床效果。方法 收集我院2010年1月~2013年6月行腹腔镜下手术的良性卵巢肿瘤患者临床资料160例进行回顾性分析。结果 130例患者行腹腔镜肿瘤剔除术,30例患者行附件切除手术。术后随访6个月~4年,2例患者术后复发卵巢上皮肿瘤,2例患者复发卵巢巧克力囊肿,其余156例患者均无复发症。结论 腹腔镜下手术应用于临床治疗良性卵巢肿瘤不失为一种安全且有效的治疗方式。

    Clinical Analysis of 160 Cases of Laparoscopic Treatment of Ovarian Benign Tumor

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo analysis the clinical effect of laparoscopic operation for benign ovarian tumors. MethodsIn our hospital from 2010 January~2013 year in June, the clinical data of laparoscopic operation in patients with benign ovarian tumor were retrospectively analyzed 160 patients. Results130 cases were performed laparoscopic cystectomy, 30 patients underwent appendix resection operation. The postoperative follow-up was 0.5~4 years, recurrent ovarian epithelial tumors in 2 patients, 2 patients with recurrent ovarian chocolate cyst, the other 156 patients had no recurrence. ConclusionLparoscopic operation applied to clinical treatment of benign ovarian tumor is a safe and effective treatment. ......
