摘要：目的皮下注射胰岛素与中医辨证论治治疗糖尿病肾病28例。方法采用皮下注射胰岛素控制血糖，同时按照中医辩证将患者按照气阴两虚、湿瘀内阻；脾肾阳虚、湿浊内停；阴阳两虚，湿瘀内蓄三型口服汤药施治，3个月后观察疗效。结果显效16例(57.1%)，有效9例(32.1%)，无效3例(10.7%)，总有效率为89.3%。结论中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病疗效可靠。
