摘要：目的探讨急性胸部创伤的螺旋CT表现及其诊断价值。方法回顾性分析76例急性胸部创伤的CT表现。结果胸部骨折49例,肺损伤37例，血气胸23例、血胸15例、气胸19例，纵隔气肿3例、皮下气肿17例、气管断裂1例。结论CT能明确创伤病变的部位、性质、程度,敏感性和准确性高,为临床及时诊断和治疗提供依据 ,对急性胸部创伤特别是严重创伤诊断有重要价值。

    Experience in Diagnosis of Acute Thoracic Trauma with Spiral CT

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the value of spiral CT in diagnosis of acute thoracic trauma. MethodsTo retrospectively study the CT features of 76 cases of acute thoracic trauma. ResultsThe chest bone fracture in 49 cases, 37 cases of lung injury, hemopneumothorax in 23 cases, 15 cases of pneumothorax, hemothorax 19 cases, mediastinal emphysema 3 cases, 17 cases of tracheal rupture in 1 cases, subcutaneous emphysema. ConclusionCT can demonstrate the lesion site, nature, extent, sensitivity and accuracy, for clinical diagnosis and provide the basis for the treatment of acute thoracic trauma, especially has an important value in the diagnosis of severe trauma. ......
