抚触配合光疗对新生儿黄疸的影响

摘要：目的探讨抚触对新生儿黄疸的影响。方法选择新生儿黄疸患儿87例，随机分成实验组、对照组各43例、44例，对照组进行黄疸常规治疗护理及蓝光照射治疗，实验组在此基础上给予抚触，比较两组患儿黄疸治疗效果。结果实验组新生儿黄疸值在治疗2 d及5 d后均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)；实验组患儿胎便转黄时间、黄疸天数、光疗时间、平均每天睡眠时间与对照组比较差异均有显著性(P<0.05)。结论抚触配合光疗治疗新生儿黄疸效果显著，并促进新生儿生长发育。

Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the touch impact on neonatal jaundice.
