摘要：目的 分析探讨心电图异常患者的传导系统病理改变。方法 随机抽取我院2012年期间的24例有临床心电图异常改变患者的心脏标本作为研究对象，认真观察组织学变化，并且针对组织学观察结果作出总结评价。结果 24例心电图异常者均表现出心脏传导系统异常症状，有病变现象，具体主要包括有传导系统脂肪浸润以及纤维化、出血、炎症、淀粉样变、发育异常等。结论 传导系统病理改变是心律失常及心电图ST-T改变的病理基础之一。

    Change of Pathology in Patients with Abnormal ECG Transmission System

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the pathological analysis of the conduction system in patients with abnormal ECG changes. MethodsDuring 2012 in our hospital were randomly selected 24 cases with abnormal electrocardiogram changes in patients with heart samples as the research object, observe the histological changes, and the histological observations were made to evaluate. Results24 cases of abnormal ECG showed abnormal cardiac conduction system disease symptoms, phenomenon, specifically including fatty infiltration and fibrosis with conduction system, hemorrhage, inflammation, amyloidosis, skeletal abnormalities. ConclusionConduction system pathological changes is one of the pathological basis of arrhythmia and ST-T changes of electrocardiogram. ......
