摘要：随着人民生活水平的不断提高和服务意识不断增强，人们对医疗护理质量的要求也越来越高。护士素质的提高是一个循序渐进、日积月累的过程。患者需要的不仅是精湛的诊疗技术，还要具备良好的素质修养，要求护理人员在做好护理工作的同时，必须具备很高的职业素质、精湛的急救护理技术和相关的应变能力，只有这样才能全面提高护士的整体素质，使护理工作尽快适应新时代的需要。

    Abstract：Along with the improvement of people's living standards and service consciousness increases ceaselessly, people on the quality of medical care is also more and more high. The nurse quality improvement is a gradual process, days and months multiplying. Patients need not only exquisite treatment technology, but also have good quality training, nursing staff in nursing work at the same time, we must have a high occupation quality, exquisite emergency nursing techniques and ability, and only in this way can improve the overall quality of nurses, the nursing work to meet the needs of the new era as soon as possible.
