     摘要：目的建立灵芝孢子粉中灵芝多糖、总三萜皂苷的含量测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法，苯酚-浓硫酸比色法于波长492nm处测定灵芝多糖吸光度；以香草醛∶高氯酸∶冰乙酸(2∶8∶50)为显色剂，于波长555nm处测定总三萜皂苷的吸光度。结果多糖、总三萜皂苷的标准曲线的线性范围分别为0.0100~0.0300mg(r=0.9982)；0.025~0.125mg(r=0.9996)，多糖、总三萜皂苷的平均加样回收率分别为101.17%、100.74%，RSD分别为1.84%、1.29%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确，可用于灵芝孢子粉中多糖、总三萜皂苷的含量测定。
