综上所述，MDCT检测房颤患者左心房/左心耳血栓具有较高的诊断准确性，具有很大的临床使用价值，尤其是心电门控技术的使用。同时，需要更大规模的随机对照试验，进一步研究MDCT检测房颤患者左心房/左心耳血栓的真实性、可靠性及实用性。
