热毒宁注射液辅助治疗小儿支原体肺炎40例疗效观察

摘要：目的 观察热毒宁辅助治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效观察。方法 将2013年10月~2014年1月就诊的80例临床确诊为支原体肺炎的患儿以住院号随机均分为两组，对照组采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法，治疗组在此基础上加用热毒宁静脉滴注。结果 治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为95%和65%(P<0.01)，治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论 热毒宁辅助治疗小儿支原体肺炎能缩短病程，提高治愈率，且使用安全，不良反应少，耐受性好，值得临床推广。
