集束化管理在ICU预防呼吸机相关性肺炎的应用

摘要：目的 探讨集束化管理用于ICU预防呼吸机相关性肺炎(VAP)的效果。方法 将2011年5月~2012年4月入住的患者作为对照组，2012年5月~2013年4月入住的患者作为集束化组。对照组按照ICU呼吸机常规护理方法实施护理，集束化组在此基础上进行集束化管理。结果 两组患者在ICU期间，VAP发生率、机械通气时间，人工气道留置时间比较，差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论 对ICU行机械通气患者实施集束化管理，可减少VAP的发生，对患者的预后有积极作用。
