医院员工满意度影响因素重要性研究(1)

摘要：目的 了解影响医院员工满意度的重要因素。方法 自行设计员工满意度调查表，对医院员工进行抽样调查，采用SPSS17.0统计学软件进行统计分析。结果 员工总满意度水平平均分≥3分的人数占76.1% ，<3分的人数占23.9%，影响员工满意度最重要的因素为工作回报、工作环境。结论 员工满意度水平需进一步提高，重点关注员工的工作回报及工作环境。
