急性胰腺炎CT诊断分型对预后评价价值分析

摘要：目的研究使用CT诊断分型评价急性胰腺炎预后的价值，进而进行针对性的监测和治疗。方法选取我院2010年3月~2013年10月收治的急性胰腺炎患者140例，根据CT扫描情况将患者分为A、B、C三型。结果140例患者中分型如下，A型54例，B型51例，C型35例，其中A型患者临床预后较好，死亡人数少；B、C型患者临床预后较差，伴随症状多，死亡人数多，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用CT诊断分型评价急性胰腺炎预后效果显著，建议进行临床推广。
