摘要：目的探讨PCR检验法用于细菌检验的临床效果。方法疑似阴道炎患者110例，分别用革兰染色检验法、PCR 检验法和细菌培养法做阴道细菌检查。结果细菌培养法阳性检出率高于革兰染色检验法阳性检出率，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。PCR 检验法阳性检出率高于革兰染色检验法阳性检出率，差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论PCR 检验法用于细菌检验敏感性及特异性高，且操作过程简便、快捷，临床意义显著。
