镇肝熄风汤对顽固性高血压的临床研究

摘要：目的评价镇肝熄风汤对顽固性高血压的临床疗效及安全性。方法采用随机平行对照的试验设计方案，治疗组用安博诺、施慧达及镇肝熄风汤降压,对照组用安博诺、施慧达降压,连续用药治疗4w后,观察两组间治疗后的临床疗效及安全性。结果治疗组与对照组比较，两组间的临床疗效、血压下降程度、中医证候疗效有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论镇肝熄风汤对改善顽固性高血压病患者的临床症状及降低血压有确切的疗效。

Abstract：ObjectiveEvaluation of Zhengan Xifeng decoction of the clinical efficacy and safety of resistant hypertension. MethodsA randomized controlled trial of parallel design，Treatment group Irbesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets,Levamlodipine Besylate Tablets and Zhenganxifeng decoction，The control group with Irbesartan and Hydrochlorothiazide Tablets 、LevamlodipineBesylateTablets，two groups of patients were treated for 4 consecutive weeks, the treatment of two groups were compared.ResultsThe treatment group compared with the control group，Clinical efficacy、Drop in blood pressure levels , TCM syndromes was statistically significant between the two groups.ConclusionZhenganxifeng decoction on patients with resistant hypertension to improve the clinical symptoms and lower blood pressure have the exact effect ......
