妊娠期高血压疾病患者血清同型半胱氨酸及胱抑素C检测的临床意义

摘要：目的 了解血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)及胱抑素C(Cys-C)检测在妊娠期高血压疾病患者中的临床意义。方法 选择2012年1月~2013年12月我院收治的妊娠期高血压疾病患者63例(观察组)及同期住院的正常孕妇50例(对照组)，检测两组血清Hcy及Cys-C水平，并将两组结果作对比分析。结果 观察组血清Hcy及Cys-C水平明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 孕妇血清Hcy及胱抑素C水平增高与妊娠高血压疾病的发生密切相关。血清Hcy及Cys-C检测对妊娠高血压疾病患者早期诊断及病情变化有指导意义。
