脑循环功能治疗仪治疗脑梗死后疗效观察

摘要：目的观察脑循环功能治疗仪治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法选择脑梗死患者80例，随机分为治疗组和对照组，每组各40例，均予常规治疗，治疗组除常规治疗外予以脑循环功能治疗仪，治疗前后进行MHISS评分及Banthel指数评分。结果两组患者NIHSS评分，Banther指数比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论脑循环治疗仪可改善脑梗死患者神经功能缺损，提高日常生活能力。
