急性脑梗死患者血清C-反应蛋白检测的临床意义

摘要：目的 探讨急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血清C-反应蛋白(C一reactive protein，CRP)水平检测的临床意义。方法 选择2012年1月~2013年12月我院收治的56例急性脑梗死患者为观察组，同期健康体检者50例为对照组，采用免疫透射比浊法测定两组CRP水平，并将两组结果作对比分析。结果 观察组血清CRP水平较明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 血清CRP水平检测对急性脑梗死的诊断及疗效评价有重要的临床价值。
