摘要：目的探讨双排螺旋CT机CT尿路造影(CTU)对泌尿系结石的诊断价值。方法对36例经临床确诊的输尿管结石进行常规全尿路平扫、肾皮质期、肾实质期、全尿路排泄期，以及根据输尿管内造影剂充盈程度进行合适的全尿路延迟扫描，将延迟期原始图像采用三维成像技术进行重建，并处理图像。结果本组36例输尿管结石均得到准确诊断。结论双排螺旋CT CTU技术能连续清楚直观的显示全尿路影像，对输尿管结石有很高的临床诊断价值。

    Double Row Spiral CT CTU in the Diagnosis of Ureteral Calculi

    Abstract：ObjectiveExplore the double row spiral CT machine CT urinary tract imaging (CTU) value to the diagnosis of urinary calculi. MethodsUreteral calculi of 36 cases of clinically confirmed conventional urinary scan, stage renal cortex, renal parenchyma, the urinary excretion period, and according to the ureter contrast filling degree of the right within the whole urinary tract delayed scan, will delay the original image using reconstruction of 3 d imaging technology, and image processing. Results This group of 36 cases of ureteral calculi were accurate diagnosis. ConclusionDouble row spiral CT CTU can continuous clear intuitive display all images of the urinary tract, the clinical diagnosis of ureteral calculi has a high value. ......
