坦洛新联合爱普列特治疗良性前列腺增生症的临床观察

摘要：目的探讨坦洛新联合爱普列特治疗良性前列腺增生症的有效性及安全性。方法回顾性分析泌尿科BPH患者218例，其中对照组患者75例，给予坦洛新缓释胶囊；治疗组患者143例在对照组基础上加用爱普列特片，并记录两组患者症状改变情况及不良反应。 结果 3个月后两组患者症状改善明显,治疗组病情改善各项指标均优于对照组两组差异显著具有统计学意义。 结论 单用坦洛新治疗良性前列腺增生症安全有效，坦洛新与爱普列特联合用药可以迅速缓解症状，临床效果将更加明显。

Abstract：Objective To investigate tamsulosin combination treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia epristeride effectiveness and safety.
