重症监护病房(ICU)降钙素原水平分析

摘要：目的 为了解重症监护病房(ICU)患者的感染状况，对208例患者的降钙素原(PCT)检测结果进行了分析。方法 用荧光免疫方法测定了208例ICU患者的PCT结果并进行分析。结果208例患者PCT结果都有不同程度的升高、增高比率大于95%。结论 降钙素元(PCT)是细菌感染的早期辅助诊断指标，降钙素原定量测定与其他实验室检查结果和临床评估一起用于协助评估ICU病房的重癥患者发展为重症败血症以及败血症性休克的可能性。
