摘要：目的 探索米非司酮、米索前列醇联合利凡诺在孕14~24w引产中的临床效果。方法 回顾性分析米非司酮、米索前列醇联合利凡诺选择性用于156例孕14~24w妊娠妇女在引产中的临床疗效及安全性，并与单用利凡诺引产结果进行比较。结果能明显缩短产程，减轻患者痛苦，增加引产的成功率，产时产后2h流血少，无软产道损伤。结论 米非司酮、米索前列醇联合利凡诺是一种安全、简便、有效的引产方法，在临床上有值得推广应用的价值。
