平胃散联合奥美拉唑治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡的临床观察

摘要：目的观察分析平胃散联合奥美拉唑治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法选取140例消化性溃疡患者作为研究对象，采用数字表法随机平分成观察组和对照组各70例。对照组采用奥美拉唑+克拉霉素+阿莫西林治疗，观察组采用平胃散联合奥美拉唑治疗，观察两组治疗效果及Hp 的根除情况。结果观察组治疗有效率(94.29%)、组幽门螺杆菌根除率(88.57%)明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论平胃散联合奥美拉唑治疗幽门螺杆菌相关性消化性溃疡，消化道症状缓解快，Hp 根除率高，临床疗效确切。
