摘要：目的探讨大鼠肝移植手术技巧与处理要点, 减少术后并发症，建立稳定的大鼠肝移植模型。方法Wistar大鼠240只(供受体各120只)行二袖套法原位肝移植。结果120例大鼠原位肝移植术后48小时存活率88.3 % ,1周存活率86.7%，建立了稳定的大鼠肝移植模型。结论掌握技术要点与处理方法，是建立稳定的大鼠肝移植模型的保证。

    Abstract：ObjectiveTo explore the surgical skills of Orthotopic Liver Transplantation in Rats and reduce the complications. MethodsOrthotopic Liver Transplantation was performed in 240 rats using two-cuff technique.ResultsThe survival rate for 48 hours was 88.3 %, the survival rate for one week was 86.7 %, and established stable liver transplantation model in rats. ConclusionMaster the surgical skills of Liver Transplantation in rats can improve achievement ratio and the steady livability of rats with orthotopic liver transplantation. ......
