心理护理干预对盆腔炎患者心理状态的影响

摘要：目的分析和研究心理护理干预对盆腔炎患者心理状态的影响。方法我们选取盆腔炎患者84例，在临床治疗过程中给予心理护理干预，将其心理护理干预措施及效果进行回顾性的分析与总结。结果84例患者护理干预后的躯体化、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、精神病性等项评分明显优于治疗前(P<0.05)。结论将心理护理干预应用于盆腔炎患者的治疗中，能够有效改善患者焦虑、抑郁不良心理状态，对减轻患者痛苦及提高其生活质量均有重要作用。
