摘要：目的 探讨残余胆囊的病因、诊断及治疗方法。方法 对21例残余胆囊患者的诊断、治疗以及治疗结果进行分析。结果 21例残余胆囊切除术患者均痊愈。结论 腹腔镜胆囊切除术应选择恰当的手术时机，严格按规程操作避免遗留残余胆囊。残余胆囊手术应明确解剖，彻底切除残余胆囊，同时注意合并胆总管结石的处理。
